If you wish, you can take a picture of your own work and send the image file as follows:
- send JPGs only on Friday afternoons between noon to 4:00 pm
- email to thealfrescoes@gmail.com
- between 10 and 20 such images can be published weekly.
The AlFrescoes are a group of artists who meet every Friday morning, rain or shine, somewhere around Victoria BC. We show up to paint around 9am and gather at noon to show each other our paintings (optional).There are no membership requirements, no fees, and minimal organization. Bạn lải Alfrescoes. *** UPDATED*** This Friday May 26 2023, we will be painting at Bob and Gwen's property (478 Viaduct Ave), near Viaduct Flats. Parking can be found at the Viaduct Flats parking lot, near the intersection of Viaduct Avenue and Interurban Road ( here is a map of the location).
We will meet at noon at Bob's home for our Show'n'Tell. Coffee and cookies will be provided (thank you Bob and Gwen).

Puiznu Alfrescoes. Our next paint-out (Friday May 12 2023) will be at Government House (1401 Rockland Street). There is limited parking at the House but if you drive up and go past the house, take the left driveway. There is plenty of parking at the bottom. Click here for a map. We can meet at noon in the glass gazebo for our Show'n'Tell, located in the front gardens (circled in red in the image below).
Konnichiwa Alfrescoes! This Friday, May 5 2023, we will be painting at Lime Bay Park in Esquimalt. A map of the location can be found here . The Songhees Walkway runs through the park, and the E&N Victoria Roundhouse site is just to the north. There is lots of 2 hour parking along the street. We'll meet at Noon for our Show'n'Tell at the entrance to Lime Bay Park off Catherine St/Kimta Rd (see map). Spinnakers Brewpub is close by if you feel like lunch or a sneaky bathroom break.
