Friday October 30 - Lime Bay Park

Bunâ dzuâ Alfrescoes! This Friday, October 30 2020, we will be painting at Lime Bay Park in Esquimalt. A map of the location can be found  here . The Songhees Walkway runs through the park, and the E&N Victoria Roundhouse site is just to the north. There is lots of 2 hour parking along the street.

NOTICE: There will NOT be a Show'n'Tell at Noon. It has proven too difficult to maintain proper social distancing at the get together. We have received complaints that artists are approaching other artists and are forgetting about social distancing. If this continues, weekly locations will no longer be posted.

Everyone should continue observing social distancing rules, remaining at least 2m apart from others.

If you wish, you can take a picture of your own work and send the image file to Ron Wilson, who has offered to post your work. Here are his instructions:
  • send JPGs only on Friday afternoons between noon to 4:00 pm
  • email to ronjbw@gmail.com
  • the images should be cropped and reduced to 800 pixels on the longest edge, and 72dpi.
  • Ron can publish between 10 and 20 such images weekly.
Remember, we cannot control the public, who may wish to approach you without you noticing. Therefore, this is at your own risk, and you can choose not to participate. The COVID-19 virus remains a serious public heath issue. If you require further information on how to keep yourself and others safe, please visit the BC governments' website.
